Fomo Referral Code DEAL in Canada

In Canada, the Fomo referral code DEAL works through fomo.family/r/deal, opened before the account exists. It brings 10% Off + Fee Cashback. From Fomo: 0.45% instead of 0.50% on a standard spot trade. From the DEAL code owner: 12.5% of those Fomo fees, paid back to you in USDC. Most Canadian questions are about moving money, as Fomo's bank withdrawal serves US accounts only.

The round trip from Canada

Money moves through Fomo as USDC. A typical loop:

1. Get USDC, for example on an exchange that operates in Canada.
2. Send it to your Fomo deposit address, on a network both sides support.
3. Trade on Fomo.
4. Withdraw USDC to an exchange or a wallet that operates in your region.
5. From there, the exchange's own rules decide how money reaches a bank.

A card deposit, if your account has one, can replace step 1. Fomo's withdrawal steps name no exchange, and neither does this page.

Networks: what goes in, what comes out

Both ends of a transfer must use the same network.

Send only the asset shown for that network. Before an Arc or Robinhood Chain withdrawal, confirm the receiver takes that asset there. "Amount too low" means you're under that network's minimum. A deposit on the wrong network doesn't arrive, and a withdrawal to the wrong network or address can be lost for good. Fomo: supported chains.

To withdraw to an exchange, copy its USDC address on a Fomo network, then pick that same network under Withdraw, Crypto wallet.

Cards and Apple Pay from Canada

Fomo says card deposits depend on the country, and each account sees only its own methods. Its help pages don't list countries, so this page can't say whether a Canadian account will see Debit Card or Apple Pay.

If Debit Card is there, the card must come from a bank, with a postal code, billing address and CVV that the bank has on file. Some banks say no to crypto purchases. "Buy with Apple Pay" isn't offered in every region and refuses Apple Cash, prepaid and virtual cards. With neither, use the USDC route.

What accounts in Canada can't count on

Robinhood Tokens. Fomo's terms exclude residents of Canada, and anyone who is in Canada, from this feature. It concerns that one feature, not Robinhood Chain as a whole.

Perps. The firm block in Fomo's terms is for U.S. Persons and anyone in the US, so a US citizen living in Canada falls under it. For other places, the terms allow limits at Fomo's discretion, and perps can require KYC. Whether perps open for your account is down to the app and the terms; this page doesn't promise it.

Signing up from Canada

Before you start, check two things: you are 18 or older, and the list of places where Fomo isn't offered, in its terms, doesn't cover you. Fomo says it is available in most countries.

1. Tap fomo.family/r/deal on whichever phone or browser you will register with.
2. Pick Apple or Google to sign up.
3. If a code is requested, type DEAL.
4. After a standard spot trade, the fee line should read 0.45%.

A code can't be typed in later, and a referrer already on record stays. If you used the link and the account shows no referrer, use the Contact Support option under Profile > Settings > Help and Support.
